2. What is the background & experience of your Agency ?
We are in the business since the last 50 years & our present Chief is a Senior Ex-Military Officers. He took over charge from his father, who was also a Senior Ex-Military Officers & the founder of this business. Our biggest strength is that we are a Third Generation Detective Agency, operating from the same offices ever since we got into business.
Our team consists of investigators who have come from a variety of backgrounds i.e. intelligence, law enforcement, government, information technology & The Armed forces. All investigators are required to undergo a professional on-the-job training program conducted by the senior investigators & departmental heads of the organization. We have built up a reputation of being able to understand a clients needs and then provide a remarkable solutions keeping in mind their financial and time frame constrains.
3. What information is required to start an investigation ?
We will require in details all the information that you have however insignificant you may think it is, which in some cases will be by way of providing us with a physical description and/or photo of the subject, home and work addresses, vehicle information, time and place to start, plus the reason or intention behind the investigation and complete information and objective of the person assigning the case. If require, we will also verify the details of the client and the purpose of his wanting the intelligence.
4. How will you solve my case ?
People who have not hired a private detective before & wonder what to expect, feel that detectives are like James Bond, depicted in Hollywood movies & local T.V. serials. But these are not the actual portrayals. In real life investigation is a very difficult and boring work. Case planning & execution will vary from case to case and even if they come under the same category it varies in multiple dimensions which cannot be explained without understanding the same.
5. How confidential is the investigation ?
Our strategy of conducting the assigned case is 100% confidential as even our field investigators do not know that the operation they are going to handle, is for what purpose and who is our client. All the "The Fact Findings" are being kept in such a confidential manner that only the assigned chief of that particular case can unlock the protected area by certain codes, as and when required.
6. How much time does it take to solve a case ?
After studying and analyzing the case we will with the involvement of the client plan as many feasible options as possible and make an assessment of the time and cost involved in each option but get into action of the bust option or sequence of actions will determine the cost and time involved. Some operations take days, some weeks and some months. It all dependents upon the gravity and complexity of the case, but our experience allows us to give you a realistic time & cost frame. However, some case like Pre Matrimonial Investigations can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. Due to many unavoidable circumstances may delay the process maximum for a week.
7. How much does it cost ?
Although, we have given a rough indications of our charges in our website itself but these can change based on the complexity of the operation and the time, resources, area of operation and equipments required to undertake the same. Since the nature of each case is unique, depending on the intricacies involved, information, scope, technicality and level of operation, it is not appropriate to maintain a fixed charge for all services. The fee charged for each case will depend on the number of days, efforts in terms of manpower, equipment, vehicles, planning, supervision level, requirement of personal involvement at higher levels, cultivation of new moles relevant to the target, accessibility to target/ subject, incidental expenditure and payoff, analysis and hazard/risk factor etc. Therefore, the finance are decided on a case-to-case basis and customized to fit the elements of the project.
Once this has been agreed, we then require to sign a contract narrating the details of the clients requirement, the cost, the time involved and on receipt of an advance payment we begin the operation. We have given a brief list of our charges in our site. These are however only an indication charges and not fixed as they vary from case to case.
8. How quickly can you begin an investigation ?
We prefer to have at least a 24 hours prior notice however; it is sometimes possible to begin a case within 1-3 hours. Weekends are the busiest times and therefore, would usually require extra advance notice. We would first need to collect all the case details and facts regarding the case and obtain and execute the necessary forms/formalities before we can initialize the investigation. In addition we also need advance payment to be paid before we start the assignment.
9. Who are your satisfied clients? Name few of them ?
The type of profession we are in, does not allow us to expose our list of clients for reasons of confidentiality. However let us assure you that we are in the business since the last 31 years operating from the same offices and are growing leaps & bonds and we are financially a very sound company which has only become possible because of our services to our satisfied clients. We have been rendering services to fortunes 500 multinationals, Indian corporate houses and government organizations besides prominent individuals.
10. How do I pay ?
You can make payments through Cheque / Draft or Cash. International payments can be made through wire transfers, transfers through Western Union Money Transfer or any other methods as mutually convenient.
